Easy Returns & Exchanges

At CW Auto ATL, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, special orders, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email us at support@cwautoatl.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details, and we’ll make it right.
